Thick and Quick Ribbed Cowl

See matching hat here: Thick and Quick Hat

Materials:
Loops and Threads Charisma Yarn (I originally posted that this took only one skein... clearlyyyy my stitches are tight or something because everyone is coming up a couple yards short. If you're using only one skein, skip either a row from each ribbed row or from the knit row. Or, better yet, but three skeins and make two!)

Size:
US13 29" circular needle

To begin:
Cast on 80 stitches, join in the round, Work 5 rounds in k2p2 ribbing.
Work 6 rounds all knit.
Work 5 rounds k2p2 ribbing.
Work 6 rounds all knit.
Work 5 rounds k2p2 ribbing.
Bind off loosely, tie in ends.

My bind off tends to be tight, so it looks as if I've done a decrease more than just the bind off.

I prefer a more more fitted bulky cowl around my neck, my cowl measured 8" by 16". If your cowl seems to be too loose, you can cast on 4 less stitches and skip the last k2p2 in each round, and it will come out slightly narrower.
